Just in case anyone knows a bit of programming and want to translate this: the game data formats are all described in the GARBro's C# source code so it's possible to unpack and repack it based on that. The scripts and data are xored plaintext and images are some fancy packed raw image format.

I like the art but the kinks are turnoff for me, so I won't be the one doing it.
