Seems like lag regarding flash on joiplay in some case occurs in android 11+ due to the 'secure' folder permissions and restructuring. Works flawlessly on a xiaomi note 4 while lags on a poco f1 on android 11.

Man you're talking about a flash game from 2007 here, it's pretty much a miracle that the thread is getting any replies.
Use joiplay, it works well. Might need to register to beta versions, dunno if they implemented rufus to the stable branch
I mean what you expecting? Thread is a translation of an old completed game. And even with incomplete translations, its not like the tits needs subtitles.

Search for joiplay in playstore, sign up for beta testing, install, add game and point executable file towards start.swf, start game, remember me whenever you fap to it, also remember that god and the fbi are always watching you fap to it.

register for beta via playstore. Also scoped storage implementation tends to mess up app file access. Try putting it in downloads then run.

What worked for me was downloading joiplay, going to "import rtp," selecting rpg maker vx & selecting start.swf. Maybe try that
