Made a MT of this game some time ago. It works(Have not played through the game) but the Quest text is not translated. Its in the script file and if I try to translate anything in there, the game craches.

Is the english acceptable or just a word salad?

Maybe fixed it now. I think one quest can still crashes.. But the other shall work now.

Pretty every quest crash for me. I can accept most of them (instead of the thugs) but it crash if I try to turn in the items.

Ahh... Maybe thats why.
I unpack normally and it plays but if I do it japanese locale it won't play.

You need to unpack with jap locale to make it work. Its pretty hard to figure out what you make wrong, so wait I upload the whole already working game. Then all you have to do is starting the game. If it will still dont work, there is something wrong on your side.
