I think you go back to yukata and make sure you get all the red runes then head up to shrine

I think i have gotten all the red runes but still have no idea what to do. The last rune i did was the one in the station.

Same here. I tried holding down Q but that doesn't seem to help either.

Open the .zip file in Winrar and select Options -> Name Encoding -> Japanese. The files in Winrar should then show with Japanese characters instead of nonsense. If they do, then it's safe to extract.
