This might be an odd question but how faithful is this to the source material?

It looks like its referencing touhou with flan being an abbreviation of flandre but i could be wrong

if you know something about touhou is that there is very little canon source material to go by other than major plot points. this is why a lot of the character traits we get to know are mostly defined by the fandom.

I'm asking because I have very little experience with Touhou, but have seen gameplay of it.
I'm beginning to translate it but from what I can see the game has about 91 sex scenes spread across 20,000 lines of dialogue, not including maps with dialogue for the story.
I love the content, I just won't be able to finish it any time soon.
