It's actually not that surprising that this hasn't received a proper fan-TL. The amount of text involved is pretty insane, so a fan translator would have to really love the game to want to work on it.

Beyond that, OreNoHut hasn't expressed any interest in releasing their games to the West that I'm aware of... so yeaaaaah. We're all kinda stuck.
