The first time is forced loss, the second time you can defeat him normally (or maybe just with sex) or use a ladder that bypasses it, but then you'll have to suck off some other dude. After that you find a rope ladder you can use on the broken rope ladders to bypass those sections completely.

I assume by server provider, you're referring to the server F95 itself is hosted on, and not the ones used for sharing the games(aka Mega, Pixeldrain, etc etc.)?

yes, and not it's not because pirating is le bad, some server provider think pirating is fine as long as it dont' break their "moral" code on a few content.

Except that 4 out of 6 games of his( not sure if Hiroka Toudou's Heroic Tale is or isn't a game of his, but its marked under Moralist on here and DLsite) have flat/small chested Female Protagonists; at least starting out, as 2 I think can have them grow in some scenes.

In fact, Silche( or whatever this games MC name actually is) is only the 2nd short AND flat/small fem protag, as Araka exists and was from Moralist's 2nd game( though she is much bustier and taller in her reappearance in Newona)

So its just mods having double standards and such, especially since none of the Moralist games make mention of age for any character; at most they refer to them as young or similar terms.
