I'm asking because I have the game bought and sadly I can't patch that version of the game, probably because something changed since it's version is now: 1.0.1
If I try to do that the same error that happened to you appears.
If you download the game from the first post and apply the patch it will work.
Also I can provide the game in it's 1.0.1 version in case anyone wants to try and make the patch work with it. There is no changelog in the Dlsite web though so I don't know what changed.
One last thing, thank you very much to the translators and people who fixed all the bugs, you are the best!

good to see the community come together like this unlike most of dropping MTL and out
the game is kinda bare bone, you can unlock everything in less than 1.5 hr , not to mention most of the time is just traveling .
Still this is a good step forward for the dev, not to mention this is just their 2nd game so it quite promising

・You can now go to "Onsen" from the blue bus stop.
・Maps "Fisherman's House Front", "Beach" and "Rocky Area" have been added.
・Added characters "Misaki", "Manami" and "Nanami".
・You can now play "sea bathing" from the beach.
・Other minor bug fixes.
