I don't think there is a replacement of a Luna scene, because she is sent away. The map itself doesn't have any lines for that and only has the Kurone event on it.
I will try to playthrough without any action with Kurone, even though she is by far my favorite in the game. I doubt any event changes. It is labeled secret ending, it checks if you got every secret of the orb before it plays...so yeah I doubt there is any change. The event has no switch, variable or marker to change it. Seems to really just be a secret ending, nothing more.
Furthermore, from the text it's clear Kurone uses her own powers to essentially make Leo do it. She says she is here after the events in Valiente, where the mission failed and Sadi got hurt by the female lead of the first game. To blow off steam, she came to Leo. You can't change that narrative towards a scene with Luna, when she is sent there to find something out.

I finished the 4 endings
There is what appears to be a secret ending, but I think they are just showing the characters from their next game (I really didn't understand what happened since I only know basic Japanese), idk if there is another route
It doesn't matter how many red flags you get or how much you or Runa sleep with someone else, you can always choose any of the 4 endings you want, the game warns you if you are entering a NTR, Reverse NTR, or normal route and only that decision matters.
I think you can get all the routes in the first playthrough if u fuck Kurone and let the demon fuck Runa every time u can excluding when u have to choose the route.
I tried to go to the NTR route, runa had the demon's affection at 120 and the protagonist's at 15 but when you have the option to enter the NTR route if you choose the another option you magically increase your affection by 90 while the demon loses 90 affection.

It's not a bug about the secret ending and what happens there. I checked the map events and data. It's meant to happen that way and heavily implied to be Kurone doing this by force. There are other scenes where she uses her magical skills to manipulte Leo's body or the one from others. In the first game, she did the same to the female heroine to get her into a corruption scene with Sadi.
I tried translating again using DazedMTLTool, while we wait for the DazedAnon's official GPT-4 translation, which should come out in less than a week.
This uses mistral-nemo model, which should be better than regular MTL, but probably not as good as DazedAnon's translations.
Anyway, this translation is as-is, there won't be any further support, etc. There's a lot of stuff that didn't get translated, so I'd recommend playing with MTool to translate the untranslated stuff.
