If you have all the keys when mafia boss aka Orlando isn't in his room and there are no guards guarding the door. Go to his room on the third floor(room has gold, big bed, etc.). There is a secret entrance where the fireplace is, go there and you will end up on the roof. On the roof there is a door, go there and after you enter you will see three levers diferent colors(green, blue and red) which switch the lasers which are guarding the room with the gold and scrolls. If you have keys just turn the lasers off, and take the scrolls(documents which you expose Orlando of his illegal activity). After that go to Azami room(room of your girlfriend which is the big room on the left side of the third floor) when you can and left her a letter (to escape together) and wait for a midnight to get a specific ending which is based on your actions.
