If you're still stuck/curious, my triggers to get the scene were:
Thursday 24th. Talk to wife in morning: "Lunch with Friends next Monday"
Monday 28th. 8:00. Hotel District. Talk to receptionist in top left hotel.
Is the walktrough still a thing?I'm working on a half-assed walkthrough as I play through this. And I'll post it all once I am finished, but that will take a while

I got distracted by Acerola's latest release
I've finished the fat man route, and the kid route and most of the skinny man route (before it becomes locked).
The side characters are annoying, or get locked maybe. I'll have to do another fresh playthrough to see if they're route locked or just buggy.

I still can't get past step 6 on the skinny man route tho
After talking to him in front of the mart he walks away fast forward to 17:00 and the cashier does not have any additional dialogue options and proceeds to the buy/sell screen as per usual
Do you know what I'm doing wrong and if so could you explain it's a real pain
Edit: my save file was bugged started a new game and got trough step 6 flawlessly
Hopefully the other character h-events don't bug out on me aswell

The top right symbol shows the current day and the bottom left numbers show the time

For the kid you forgot to mention that the wife leaves her smartphone at the table which can be unlocked with her birth date as password from the top right of her driving license which is found in the bedroom which I can't remember when exactly this activates (think it's after first hotel scene, not sure).
I don't know how to exactly activate the 1st Doctor stuff, might need to elaborate there in the walkthrough.
Also Kid 10. Thursday? 21:00, bedroom, video camera could use some expounding since I also couldn't activate this. Does this referring to the secret cameras you can buy and first doing whatever point of the game has you installing it in bedroom before being able to get this scene?
Lot's of stuff still missing. Wish I could find a Japanese guide somewhere, my google fu with jap characters is utter dogshit fail and it would be easier if i actually knew which japanese words for "guide" or "walkthrough" or whatever japs use to refer to game guides to use to find a complete one. Alas.
