I don't know about his cheats but for money I did what another guy said, the fishing tokens can easily be edited with Cheat Engine. Catch one fish, enter the amount of tokens, catch a second, enter the new total of tokens and then you should be able to edit the value.
Also curious how to enter the apartments and house, I have both girls and partners at rank 5.

pretty easy first off change your stamina value and work until u get around 40k to 50k
after that execute your money in the cheat engine and if it only have 1 value that means u can change that to how much money u want
looks like its gonna take a while for the apartments to open up, the dev is still trying to fix it and plans to send it out in 1.7
