I had to laugh at these notes from the translation pack:
オマンコ (think, cunt) is a very vulgar word in Japanese, it's not something a normal kid Hiroaki's age would say.
Dude, everything Hiroaki is doing, just going by the pics, is something a normal kid that age would not do, so in this case he would probably use those words.
