are red options unavailable because i dont have a lead or are they not done yet? ive died like 30 times and loaded saves a lot to get the most of out this game, ive spent few hours and knowing that there might be something more left makes me depressed.

Currently, options that display as "unreadable red haze" can be unlocked with stats, whereas options as clear red text are not in the current version yet.

Not a problem, I really enjoyed the game setting, plot, and graphics, lately ive been playing a lot of html gif games so im pretty used to game throwing me sex scenes every 3 steps so it came to me as a surprise that a game with little sexual content compared to them can be as engaging to play but I really missed the multi save option that other games give you and maybe a quick restart option
Also I have no idea how much creating a one quick sex scene would take, but if you dont mind you could experiment with scenes being viarable based on how slutty our character is
For an example in inn with the mysterious person, first and second scene is basically rape but in third one she is willing, you could try throwing in like a blowjob under the table scene thats either a viarable of second or third scene which latter changes to the standard one, because I personally feel its rewarding for finding such things, like Ive spent around a hour looking for a

Scenes already have some variability based on stats and choices, but it's a work in progress. The end goal is definitely to have even more variation and personalization based on stats and traits.
This is a fine balance to strike. There is content that is entirely new and can be "hunted" for, while other variations are there to keep things fresh if you do the same things over again. Ideally I'd want things to be a at least a little different every time.

Yikes XD That is not intended to happen. This territory is pretty much under heavy construction, but will try to stabilize it as much as I can until everything is in place.
It can drop below 0, yes. That being said, Chapter 2 is heavily under construction and stat balance is not quit there. For Chapter 1, negative sanity will not be an issue. For Chapter 2, if you run into any problems you can use the option to simulate a new progression directly for Chapter 2.
Also, can you elaborate on "bugged book"? What happened?
Book in the library, the one which gives you 3 secrets in exchange for 30 sanity. Right after I received them (both 3 secrets and -30 sanity hit) from that very page I went into character screen to maybe find a list of secrets and learn what I just uncovered. I didn't find any such list but then I returned to story (closed Character page) I returned to where I left, on that page with descriptions of a result of opening the book. But I also, on return, received another hit of +3 secrets and -30 sanity. My guess it would be possible to farm infinite secrets going to character screen and back from that specific page but I never bothered checking it..

I love this game! But i would like to see just slightly more pictures. Pictures alredy in game are good, so just more of them.

Will the open world/discovery nature of Chapter 1. be the way the rest of the game is to work or will it become much more linear?
(i don't mean focusing on a path like Elise vs Felicia etc. but your freedom within the Chapter, which Chapter 2. cuts down alot.)
Im happy with story progression Chapters, but i really enjoy the flow of the first and get frustrated with the confusing linear second Chapter, though i understand its not finished.
Especially with the "corruption"-type arc the MC goes through, the choice to willingly go back to these dark place/situations makes it really engaging (and a nice way to expand the depth of the content by giving alternative outcomes for multiple encounters to bridge drought in forward progression.)

It is definitely my intention to bring Chapter 2 closer to what Chapter 1 is as an experience. That being said, it will probably be somewhat more focused on the plot and less on exploration, compared to chapter 1.
