- Traps is an extra sex (or gender) and they may or may not have a womb,
- A stronger male/futa cum (or whatever) may cause the receiving end to develop a womb,
- Many other excuses, and the excuses for "nipple pregnancy" and alike can also be used.
Anyway, you may want to know Omegaverse, which is a common setting where women usually doesn't exist, instead, we have alpha males who impregnate, omega males who get impregnated, and beta males who are unimportant enough for me to not remember what they do, specially since I've only read articles explaining what it was.

I think I know what's the problem. It seems there's a ruby code left in the translation that the previous translator left, but set incorrectly. Will try to fix that later.

Alright. I also decided to retranslate the game myself, so if you don't mind waiting, you can wait for mine instead. I will try to keep the quality the same as other games I did, like: Josou Sennen Oukoku, Josou Gakuen(No~Strike), etc., everything is in my signature.

It's a real shame that censorship is so intense. One of the strengths of niche games is that their characteristics are palpable, but censorship mitigates that somewhat.

They don't have the same name, the parentheses portions are different words with adjacent contexts.
妊 loosely means pregnancy, in a medical context specifically.
孕 loosely means pregnant or to be pregnant (which is where AI/MTL trip up by conflating it with pregnancy).
Similar, but not the same.

i just fixed it by going past it using the japanese version for anyone reading it
edit: forgot to mention the next 2 lines are not translated or not properly translated so thats why it didn't work.

It seems there's a ruby code left in the translation that the previous translator of the script left, but they set incorrectly.
I will fix that later as I decided to translate the whole script in this game too. On this upload I only did UI, but I felt like the translation of the script should be more consistent and it seems there's some errors here and there. Though, it will probably take me some time. If you feel like waiting, you might wait for that, too. Of course it's up to you.
Hmm. If you think about it, the word 'Pregnancy' can technically be used for both meanings. Like: 'Hey, you know, I was on a trip with my hubby lately. This and that happened and now I'm pregnant. Aaah, I already can't wait for the baby~!' or 'Miss [name] is currently in her 5th month of pregnancy.' or 'Pregnancy-related symptoms include...' Though it might lose some nuance that might exist in the story.
There is nothing gay here if they sound like girls, look like girls, behave like girls and can get pregnant.
I wonder for whom such games are aimed at.
To a straight male guy its too gay.
To a gay guy romancing guys who look like women is too hetero.
At least futas are like a 3rd gender and might attract straight players who want to be dominated by girls whose only male part is a dick which often includes a vagina too.
