Hey everyone,

I wanted to give you a clear update on where things stand with Trapped v0.60. As you know, all the renders and animations are done, and most of the dialogue is written. However, the core of my work has been a major overhaul of the code to implement the new "Story Mode." It's a time-consuming process, and I haven't yet started on the new navigation or minigame coding.

To be transparent, I was getting a bit burnt out from the intense code restructuring. I needed a creative break, and I ended up going down a rabbit hole for the past two weeks. I had a story in my head that I just had to get out.

The outcome is a new, separate game I'm calling "Hope I get a Happy Ending."

Now that it's out of my system, my focus is returning entirely to Trapped v0.60.

Thank you for your incredible support this year. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas!

This game is exceptionally good. I cannot believe I had never discovered it before. The succubus characters are extremely attractive!!

This game looks like it has a lot of future updates. What will we likely see from this?

I'm having an issue on Days 14. I'm sent to get the jackhammer, open the shed, click on it. It says "I have a jackhammer", return to Ivy and Val and Ivy says, "Let me know when you get the jackhammer from the shed." Ideas?

When you have the jackhammer maybe go to the statue instead of Ivy. I forget exactly how it goes.

Hey Dig. I tried that, she isn't there. She i still over siting with Val. Went different ways to and from the shed from Ivy and Val, and the statue. Thought about it and tested something else. When I found the shed key while raking I opened it then (the day before it needed). So I loaded a previous save and this time did not unlock the shed ... same results.

Is it then the one where she sends you back for the wheelbarrow as well?
Get jackhammer > Bring it to Ivy > Get the wheelbarrow > Go to statue

I don't know, it's the first time she has asked me to get the jackhammer. An even after the game says, I have it he keeps telling me to come back when I have it. It seems to be stuck there.

Step 1, get the jack hammer pic #1.

It's normally highlighted when it says that but the screen capture takes it away

Step 2 back to Ivy pic #2

... wash, rinse, repeat.

When I go back to the shed it does not say, "you already have the jackhammer" it's the same message every time, same when I get back to Ivy.

Right ok. I think after you get the jackhammer, she's supposed to send you back for the wheelbarrow. I fear you may be experiencing a bug then.

It can glitch out a bit but then one I had sorted itself after a few back up scrolls and redos. Maybe 7 at most.

I got tired and grabbed the universal RenPy mod. The variable foundJackHammer is not being set at the shed when I click on it, and the jackhammer is still there. If I force it to true, at the shed, then the jackhammer goes away in the shed.
