I swear Sofia's Chad events are bugged in the latest version, neither versions of scene 4 in the gallery trigger for me while playing. Does anyone else have this issue?
well she may be one of the ones who just hates him then. It'd make sense that he cannot get every girl.
Purple-haired rich girl refuses Chad with high affection. High affection affects every single girl tho, With low affection; at level 3 they foreplay, and level 4 they have sex, while some girls simply reject Chad at level 3 with high affection, some girls level 4 interaction becomes foreplay instead of Sex with High affection.
Thanks good to know. I think I will restart on hard when the game updates now that I know how to play. I like the threat of ntr without it actually happening though, begone Chad!

I don't actually think there is an ending since it's a sandbox. I suppose it's done when you stop playing and as such the "story ends" differently when you lose/gain a girl.
There are two endings as of right now:
1) The good ending; requires you to have sex with all the heroines and have none of them stolen by Chad (not 100% sure if the new progression system means seeing Chad's last scene with a high progress girl counts against this, but I imagine it doesn't). Once you do that and at least 30 in-game days have passed you can examine the billboard in the middle of town to watch this when you're ready.
2) The bad ending; have Chad steal all the girls and this will trigger automatically at the start of a new day. EDIT: It should be noted that Chad can't steal a girl if she's not available to be recruited so you do still need to progress a bit with some of the heroines in order to trigger this ending.
There seemed to have been plans for each heroine having a solo ending where you choose to settle down with her (with potential variations based on how many lewd things you do with her first), but it looks like this idea has been scrapped as of right now...

To progress with Sofia, you must first progress with Risa... you explained it nicely.
In reality most of the girls reject Chads advances at high affection, the catch is that Chad tries to blackmail or deceive most of them into having sex and the Mc is only allowed to intervene in some of them.
Riley, Karen and Rina refuse Chad and he is unable to do anything about it.
Marida just rejects him as you progress with her.
The rest are mostly blackmailed by Chad into sex or foreplay , two are saved by the mc and two of them are straight up raped.
I'm 99% sure either the chad end is bugged or unfinished in version 0.85b. You can see in the files that there's a script and images associated with it, but it just doesn't trigger. Also, none of Sofia's h-scenes with Chad trigger either other than keyhole peeking. I suspect that somehow is related.
It was a pain since it all had to be redone from scratch, but I decided to make a new version of my mod from before:

After the end of h scene with girls.. their pose is kinda weird... i mean right arm of the girls are broken in position i hope they return the previous or make a new pose

When chads reaches 20 affection to any girls it will turn to 0...? isn't this too harsh? ... i feel my mind will blank out if i see my mc 300+ affection with the girls becomes all of sudden and stop playing for a while...

Just for clarification, when your affection gets reset to 0 it doesn't undo your progression levels, just what you've put towards the NEXT progress level (unless I messed up something horribly in the implementation). The intent was to make it feel like somewhat of an "affection building race" between you and Chad.
Plus, the whole point was to try and make hard mode actually hard. You're gonna have to either work to protect your girls or play one of the lower difficulties to make it a more casual experience.
I can't believe no one (At least from what I searched, I could be wrong) mentioned this but my major grip about this game since I like it and the dev is still improving it since it's v0.85 and we still don't have the final v1.0; It's the fact that the rival "Chad" is only seen/interacted with:

1) Make it a random chance with RNG percentage when you go to the next floor in the Dungeon or in a Rest area. If you hit that chance you'll find Chad and his party of girls in the floor and make the floor empty (Basically they wiped all the mobs before you show up). The rest area is always empty so this means his party is resting.
2) If you encounter the rival's party. Basically he'll want to challenge you. My ideas are:

I truly believe this will add MORE LIFE and replay value to the game as like I said, sure the game is H and you play it for the H but this further increase the depth of the game and I believe this is worth it as you spend most of the game in the dungeon and I like the dungeon system in it, it's addicting and so adding this is a huge W.

- A fight but with QTE (Quick Time Events)
- Or RNG based, basically throw a dice + your stats against Chad's stats and the highest number wins
3) After the challenge you will win or lose, since the game is all about preventing Chad from corrupting the girls and purifying the already affected girls the outcome I have in mind is the following:
- If you win, your party's affection level increases and their corruption level decreases. The girls in Chad's party will have their corruption level decreased by a level and a line of dialogue with them expressing doubt about Chad's ability HOWEVER those that are fully corrupted won't change with dialogue where they'll say something like "Even if you lose, I'll never stop loving you" or something like that).
- If you lose however, the opposite happens: The affection of the girls in your party will decrease and they'll be interested in Chad which means their corruption level rises. The girls in Chad's party will have their corruption level increase furthermore so losing is BAD.
