There's Dungeon & Bride. Which is shaping up to be an arguably much better version of this game, but the one-man-show dev for that one has some severe ADHD problems (along with other health issues) that prevent him from finishing the game as quickly as he could.

Basically, the typical Japanese one-man-show who puts out some fucking timeless releases, but has a laundry list of health issues and could drop dead at any moment. Japan has a lot of those for some reason. Both in the porn scene and in the general market productions.

In short, don't expect it to be finished in short time.
