It's hardly a game really. A few CG's, a single short level and extremally simplified gameplay cosisting of smashing jump and punch buttons. With no disrespect to the OP who took his time to upload it, game itself is garbage.

Edit: In retrospect, its pretty bad. From memory, wasn't there was a similar game with a green tentaclemon instead?

Yes and it is done a lot better. Become Tentacle series which has gameplay, mild plot, and actual sex scenes.
