RPGM - Completed - Treasure of Nadia [v1.0117] [NLT Media]

Usually when I see the RPGM tag I feel a sense of dread. But to my surprise the RPGM part was executed properly (which IMHO doesn't happen very often). The genre is also not my personal favourite but after seeing the amount of reviews/comments I had to give this game a shot.

And o boy was I positively surprised. The game has a good believable story, which makes or breaks a game for me. They could've improved the "I don't care that the person I sleep with fucks every woman he encounters" part for every female, but it's not too much of a bother really. And they do address it somewhat. It might also be related to something else as is hinted in the game.

So all in all an amazing game with actually fun puzzles that really contribute to the game. The story is great and makes you really want to follow it. Amazing animations for a game (might be the best I've encountered so far actually). This game certainly is one of the best adult games.

This game is well made and fun to play, I am really excited for more. The story is good, the milfs are gorgeous, one of best RPGM that I have seen. The puzzles you have to figure out are not too difficult, but some are not so easy either.

L O V E this game. Great art for the females. MC is kinda of a dork and looks... strange. Something in his face is just wrong but I can't put a finger on it. Needs more work with spelling and grammar, but issues are not game-breaking nor terribly distracting.

This game is fantastic! I usually hate games with 3DCG but this one is different.

Review
While there's no shortage of adult games nowadays there are few that come close to the ambition behind Treasure Of Nadia. It's clear the developers where not aiming for second place with this piece.

In this adult game you play as an ambitious young man who strives to become a great treasure hunter. Everyday in his shoes feel like an adventure straight from Indiana Jones. The adventures start off with a nice pace where you'll get to know the different in-game characters and learn the game mechanics. The ones that have seen an Indian Jones movie will surely know that his path isn't always as straight forward as it might seem. Likewise, you'll encounter a lot of interesting and clever puzzles during you adventures. Unlike Indy however, you'll always have an in-game helper to hint you of the right direction if you get stuck.

Another highlight of the game is the character development. Each one of the encounters feel like an individual with their own personality and thoughts. Furthermore, the models for the characters are also superb. The women you'll meet during your adventures all have great bodies to accommodate their great personality. (this is an adult game after all ).

With that said, it wouldn't be an adult game without the adult content. This is the part that really makes the Treasure Of Nadia shine. I was shocked when I realized that all the sex scenes were actually animated. Yes, all of them! They're all in really high quality and feel realistic, with great graphics and fluid motions. Best of all, there's a ton of them. Usually there's a compromise between quantity vs. quality, thankfully this compromise is not known to the developers. With that said, some sex scenes might feel more like "fan service" than actual, plausible plot.

Lastly, this is personally speaking the first adult game I've encountered that delivers such replayability. It has a lot of puzzles and a fishing mini-game that you can play while waiting for the next update. Speaking of which, the does also a great job of supporting new updates. Gone are the days that you'll have to restart a game due to a new updates being released. When a new release is dropped, the only thing you need to do is update the game and continue where you left of last time.

The game has a clear view of that it wants to be and it does it flawlessly. A game you must try!

At first I had my doubts whether I would like the game, but absolutely the opposite, the game is awesome, please more of these games. I think the story is just as good as the optical quality, animations (films) are great.

This was one of the first games I played from the site, but I hadn't rated it and quit playing it for a long time as I was more interested in finished games. Came back to it recently after being reminded of the art quality.

While opinions will vary I think this game has some of the best character renders and the very best animation sequences I've seen. Having worked with Daz a little now it impresses me even more how this game delivers so many long high quality animated sequences.

Character wise the MC is a little weak for me though he may be perfect for others. I don't like the little (short/wimpy) and incompetent main characters, but again this game delivers enough that's quickly pushed aside and the game easily enjoyed.

I really appreciate that developer left out the best friend/buddy and sexual rival characters featured in so many of these games (while this is a continuation you don't play the same character as in the previous game which had both of those).

While I normally prefer visual novel style games and especially don't like the grind quality of having to make money to advance parts of the storyline this game has enough to offer that you can easily overlook the grind aspect.

The story itself is rather comical, but it's obvious from the writing that it's meant to be and really a porn game wouldn't be much fun without some unrealistic situations.

Having taken a long break from it and then returning probably pushed this to the top rating for me. There are a few other games in the VN category I really like but I'd say this game is at least tied for if not the very top for me in quality and enjoyment.

I'm not nearly as much a fan of the developers previous game, but since this one is a continuation of that and there are lots of references back to the other game it would be a good idea to play that one first so you catch all the cameos and inside jokes.

Overall for me this game is perfect if you just want to kill some time (it is time consuming), or if you're looking for some well rendered sexual content. The story is a little silly but keeps you engaged and is fun which makes sense for a game and there is plenty of sexual content with some of the best animation sequences you can find in a porn game.

Although I am barely past the halfway point of this game, I am already hooked! As a continuation, and expansion of the game Lust Epidemic, ToN is a clear upgrade in every way. From the look and design of the world and characters, the improved graphics and animation, to the engrossing storyline. Although there are parts that require grinding through some treasure hunting, and some movement, menu's, and interactions can be a bit cumbersome at times, this does not diminish the craft involved in the making, and continued updating of this game. Phenomenal!

I really love these type of games. Fun combined with erotics, great graphics and regularly updated. Wish there were more games like this with the same quality. Pity though that you cannot have some random sex with the medical assistant or customers in the shop

Too much sexes... I want a good story line and good dose of sex. Not just anyhow sex all the time. Anyway it is quite enjoyable. I prefer my cute roomate. The character here need some kind of slow approach to sex as a prize. Only his girlfriend and his partners should be allowed to sex anytime he wants not by booty call all the time. A few character need to left for without sex with some expectation and respect. Just my thoughts. Overall I enjoyed it.

The game has really good graphics and story. Although, it requires one to spend effort in order to earn money. Otherwise really good and exciting game with very steamy and realistic scenes. Looking forward to more releases.

Side games include puzzles and a fishing game to kill time between updates.

No real combat. Stat-building aspect is primarily money, which you you can grind away at or pick up naturally and is used to obtain things needed to progress the story and to improve your house (some girls won't visit you until your house meets their standards)

Just play, and find out by yourself, no sense in listening to peoples opinion, it's hard to find another RPG type of games like this. The successor to Lust Epidemic outdid them self with this one, and i'm sure their next one will be just as good.

Same - o, same - o, with a few positives.

This game has all the requisite tags and tropes to make a few easy bucks. Short, half-witted guy that has been blessed with a magic wand of excessive proportions. Fortunately for him, the wand has been blessed with a glamour spell and all he need do is unveil said artifact and all females in town grovel at his feet. He lays claim to all the women in his immediate geographical area and becomes immaturely jealous if there is even a whiff of a notion that they are not his to do with as he pleases. It's all common fare for games targeted to a certain age group.

The VO work is well done, but some of the SFX are eye-rollers and get really tiresome after hearing them for the 350th time (eg., the squishy ejaculation sounds....SMH).

The central plot is not bad at all and is reason enough to play the game. Puzzles and a bit of deduction (if one shies away from the hints) are a cut above most games attempting the same. But the story really bogs down when we have to wade through the HS-level silliness of how the authors have written interactions between the younger females. Unfortunately, there aren't any choices regarding the MC being able to choose preferable partners. Maybe that will change in a future release, but for now it's all or...well, all or don't play the game. I suppose one way to summarize is to say there's a dichotomy of a mature central theme (treasure hunt) vs an immature and silly undercurrent as the MC interacts with women.

Pros:
++ In-depth, reasonably well written central story/plot. (Good enough to warrant a play.)
+ SFX and VO. Most of these games never bother with audio and as a video editor I find it a near-fatal flaw. But these guys have, for the most part, done a good job. As mentioned earlier, there are a few silly sounds that seem to accompany RPGM games, but they're an annoyance, not a deal breaker.
+ Complex puzzles and minigames.
+ Animations are of good quality, although the skin textures could be more realistic and less plastic (where's that specular layer?).

Cons:
--- Banal interactions with most females...we've heard it all before (ad nauseum).
-- Some of the branching story lines detract from the main plot.

WHOA THIS IS TOP TIER GAME!!! Great animations, great models, great storyline. Never have found this kind of game with captivating gameplay, plot, and art style. Driven by the awesome graphics; the mini games, puzzles, and ultimately completing trinkets are keeping players to keep seated (maybe lying down) attached to the game. It really is like reading a comic book. Raise hat for the developers guys at NTL. Very nicely done!

Best game in the site. Good writing, good models and characters, with a interesting plot whimsical enough to be a comic book. You need to grind money but is natural as moving between places, and in time you gain methods and upgrades to get faster money, so is never a drag. This game is better than old games because the pace of updates is faster than other top games, so you always feel like the game is constantly expanding.

Tremendous game. Lots of girls amazing sex scenes and a pretty solid story and gameplay. Similar to NLT's other game Lust Epidemic in that if you want to figure out all the puzzles yourself you can just wander around and do that using the in game hints if you get stuck. If you want a more straightforward and easy experience just use a walkthrough, it's a breeze. Everyone should play this game
