nothing is bugged, you are missing the dart board, tasha's top floor bar using the attic key

Yes, if i remember correctly its under Sofias house. In sewer on upper side is cracked ground.

There is old map in Naomis bedroom. By map you can find it under library.

You need buy game room. After that you can find attic key in jungle. With it you can open chest in bar attic.
