Seeing a lot of unanswered questions:
• The cheat menu *is* still in the game, it's just hidden.
-Go back to the start screen, click the i in "TiTS" about 5 times and you'll unlock the cheats menu in the options tab.
-The clown car cheat is indeed still in the game.
• Using the cheat menu you can give yourself uber weapons or simply teleport yourself out of a dungeon lock. (Teleporting out may bork the game and prevent you from entering again, test with a duplicate save. This can *also* be fixed, but it's sometimes a hassle.)
• The best ship in game is the Sidewinder, you get it from Zhéng Shi Station, second best is the Blade which you can get by getting Kiro as a crew member.
• To my knowledge there is no Kinetecist exclusive content.
• There are no follower exclusive story events, but basically every follower has their own story events that only activate if you have another crew member. (i.e. Kiro will activate stuff with Paige or Syri with Anno). So main story no, character stories yes.
-Some characters have their own dungeon as part of their story, but I don't think you meant that.
• Combat is still pretty unga bunga, yes, just make sure you actually read what's going on. There are characters that are straight up immune to different damage types.

Can you still input cheats like clowncar? Haven't played since they reworked the android version. If so, does it work the same as it previously did? Or are there specific places to enter the codes now?
I have NO idea on the android versions

Many cheats have a permanent page
To access it, start a game and save it
Go to the face page and double click the dot of the "I" in the name of the game and it should give a notification of the cheats being activated
Go to options, there will be be a new tab labeled cheats at the very bottom

Which Unga is the best Bunga?

Trying to make the best damage-dealer on the game, so far the best I've come up with is the Melee Smuggler, equipped with Custom Shock Gear (got them from beating Shizuya) for a chance to stun an enemy on a normal attack, thus triggering both sneak attack and bleeding when I attack an enemy with a status effect.

This mixed up with Siegwulfe and Implant metallic Tail makes for a funny combo since both the implant tail and Siegwulfe benefit from your sneak attack and bleed procs.

Just for ref: it did 670 damage to the Frost Wyrm with just one normal attack.

Crazy, lol. If that's not it, it's pretty close to it. I unfortunately don't know for sure, I've only ever statted out Kineticist and Tech Specialist.

Rapid Fire Mercenary, it's the most brain dead build of this game.

One of the perks makes you do a basic attack twice, this can easily stack up to doing 400 and "Sturm and Drang" allows you to make a melee attack as well so it starts stacking more and more.

It's especially deadly with "Widow's Kiss" (Ara Kei reward of her mission" because it also gives tease damage so you essentially damage everything, Lash Cannon is one of the strongest weapons because it just deletes shield and gives a lot of damage as well.

Ship combat is absolute trash.
There's not much thought put into it or thought required of it. Don't even need to bother upgrading since an Ova'Lek with missile turrets is more than enough to deal with anything currently in the game. Though, honestly, the only turn-based capital ship combat systems that I can remember being memorably solid for games in general were Infinite Space's and Star Trader's.

Reading through some of the characters who've been added since I last played (pre-java conversion), one of the cringiest trends I'm seeing from the more tvtrope-brained writers is trying too hard to ~subvert~ the standard approach scene rather than just...writing something more original.

Worst example I've seen is the albino ovir on Tarkus. That's clearly what the author was going for, but rather than engaging the player in any way they just write Steele like an oblivious sex pest dork and their character as unapproachable. Nothing in the first scene would make you as a player want to engage her again other than sheer stubbornness. The intention was clearly "wow, she's so different!" but what's actually on the page is "wow, no attempt was made to quickly present this character's appeal and talking to her again would make me feel like I'm working on a sexual harassment lawsuit!".

The Tarkus dinosaur guy is a successful execution of a prickly character. Unique intro, slightly grating, but doesn't completely shut down the possibility of future interactions and warming him up slowly avoids the standard 'hi, let's fuck' scenario without obnoxiously calling attention to it. Then once you start to melt him he's p. darn cute.

Praise to the cowgirl scientist, too. Clearly this was a huge effort on the author's part and, along with generally hitting the marks, goes above and beyond most of the writing in the game by endearing her step by step and in a variety of ways. As simple as that sounds it's far less common than you'd think. With most of them the writer only envisions one or -maybe- two ways that the character can be seen and will twist things to make you feel what you're 'supposed' to feel. If you're meant to feel sorry for them then the writing will insist upon it with an overwrought woe-is-me tone and scenario; if they're just fetish gimmick characters they'll smack you in the face with that and you're expected to either love it or walk away. With these talk scenes you get a variety of tones that aren't overly melodramatic or focused on a single issue to coerce you into feeling one particular way about her; they feel like actual organic getting-to-know-you conversations rather than backstory interrogations or hackneyed scenes to tug on your sympathies and/or loins. Being presented as a fairly normal person with good quality writing like this actually makes her stand out among a sea of shallow over-the-top-and-in-your-face gimmicks.

Now I wish she was the scientist crew member rather than the old giant shark lady; never really found her engaging or attractive.

I generally agree with your comment, just few things I would like to add

Gonna play Devil's Advocate and defend that scene, Steele *is* a sex pest let's be honest, a trust fund child who like their father fucks anything with a pulse that can consent, and so Steele does bother before taking the hint when she pulls out a gun, but i agree could had been done better.

Chaurmine, it will never not be funny how no matter how affectionate you are with him, Steele still calls him "that lonely fucker" in their mind, and yeah he is pretty cute, some other instances:

I feel like this is a thing that has slowly being decreased on TITs ngl at least compared with COC2 which I admitedly haven't played much but felt "this is x fetish, fuck it" yeah there are some instances but I'd argue it's not that bad on TITS, of course that also depends on the planet we are talking about. (I think Myrellion can be pretty bad on this regard I suppose)

Tavros isn't one of them because it's more of... don't know how to put this, civilized and chill place? It actually tries looking like a little space station town instead of a fuckfest i guess? Hell, New Texas for being the "fuckfest town" of the game does have some fun ammount of depth to it to a planet of sex addicts.

Is there any need to download the imagepack anymore (aside from higher resolution)? It seems like all the images are built into the engine now.

Steele is as much of a sex pest as you make him... Is what I'd like to say, ideally... Sometimes, I do find I have to reload a save to make sure my Steele doesn't act like a deviant, though... But, I want to say, that it's mostly up to the player... Though, often you'll have to go between the two extremes. You either interact like a deviant with certain characters or refrain from mostly any interaction in order to not act like a deviant... *sigh*
