I'm out of ideas... I have installed this APK on both of my phones which are: Xiaomi Redmi 7 (Android Oreo 8.1.0) and Xiaomi Mi 9 (Android Pie 9).

Sorry man - it is pain-in-the-A and this is kinda silly that you have phone that could really run this but the installer of APK doesn't work. And why it wont work idk. This is kinda ridiculous.

I have called my friend he told me that might be something with permissions that APK uses. Pointing me to YT guide here:
