For the most part, yeah it's a lot better in that aspect. The only particularly bad thing is that a quite a few characters definitely feel like "super duper special OC donut steele", but that's more of a personal gripe with the character designs.

you can change them in the editor but nothing changes ingame, i think the max is hard coded
what is the image pack and if i need to put it somewhere for the game to have pics where do i put it ?

Music? Depends on which Steele I'm playing as. Usually, I listen to Versus Music Official channel on Youtube which is alot of music from Cyberpunk. It just seems to fit the game IMO.
My Bimbo Steele usually gets Lords of Acid and Jack Off Jill.
