The only instance I know of where being soulbound changes a flags outcome is with Kas, but who you're bound to doesn't matter.
I see, well, that's still a very useful trick to know, aside from Kas the locked transformation is probably the biggest nuisance about the deals.
Damn, I checked wiki just to look at her rate after you said and she's really one of the best dealers if not the best one in the game thanks so much for the answer.

No, they removed the content, you'd have to use an older version. The current version is after they switched so it never had the stuff to begin with. There wasn't much to begin with, though.

I feel bad for him but Sophora's initial content and buildup is way too similar to the Dzaan bounty hunter and is extremely buggy. It's the same with the mouse companion in CoC2, buildup for two years with dozens of art commissioned and scenes already written but at the end of the day it took way too long to finish so it was scrapped.PSA: William spent months (possibly years) writing a Zheng Shi expac (with Sophora content) and it just got thrown in the trash
