nope its totally random for now. so if you have 2 turrets and 4 crew that are capable of manning them, they will be random assigned each battle. Not all crew are capable of manning turrets. Can you assign certain people to turrets on the ship? The game is throwing Paige in there, but she's the navigator so it throws me off.
Savin confirmed on the forum that they only have one full time writer working on the main story, but also added that said writer was going through a rough time, and that we won't see and expansion on main story content for another couple of months. Keep in mind that said comment was made at the end of August, specifically the 23rd of August. That's why things slowed down the way they did. There's a shortage of writers, but plenty of coders, hence why a new class was successfully added, and why there's still bugfixes going on as well as changes to systems already in the game.the reason it slowed down i think is because the creators may have lost interest or such. before the creators may have enjoyed working on the game but post engine conversion they look at it like a job.
while i not saying you're lying, hell i even agree with that statement, it just doesnt feel like its true."There's a shortage of writers, but plenty of coders"

Don't take this as aggression, because it isn't, nor am I being defensive. All I'll say is that, as you can see in my attached picture, what I said came from the horses own mouth. That's why I wouldn't have taken offense even if you DID say I was lying, because I would be able to point back to my source. Whether what Savin said is the truth, that I can't answer because I'm not Savin. All I can do, is show that the information I gave, was the information Savin himself gave to the people on the forum. It's up to the individual person whether or not they believe Savin, but this is the closest thing we'll get to an official explanation as to why the story and content aspect of the updates slowed down.while i not saying you're lying, hell i even agree with that statement, it just doesnt feel like its true.
with every update basically requiring a emergency hotfix that ranges from the understandable like "a lot of different systems not interacting properly" to the incomprehensible of new content not working and/or having glaring bugs/typos
i know that backers are basically the beta-testers that pay for their job, but sometimes i wonder who at FenCo is the one not testing the new content and letting it through, mostly because i wish i could just blame one person and not general incompetence of the team
I've had a decent enough time with it, you can get a decent enough staff early on in Mhenga. It's just with being fairly new, there isn't much info out there from more people that tried it, so we gotta try and pioneer it ourselves haha. I dunno if it was changed, but there was discussion about some of the early skills, as the one that tripped felt kinda useless, and the one that disarmed could outright BUFF certain mobs because they had stronger attacks without their weapon.Thinking of restarting, is Kinectist worth trying out? Or is it still being balanced out? I usually roll with a Tech Specialist and want to try something different.
whats the mod about?I'm getting close to finishing my mod, can anyone help me with programming it so that it can run like it should?
Nothing special, just adding a new transformation, such as the Ursine. and trying to make Roravan a playable starting Race/Transformation.whats the mod about?
I just pick one at random and wave my fist in the air. Though since savin is the one in charge now I lean towards blaming him.while i not saying you're lying, hell i even agree with that statement, it just doesnt feel like its true.

you have to fail to rescue her contact for that to become available. There's a blanked out option to give credits to Saendra if you find out she's having problems, but nothing I do with her gives me the option to choose it. I even visited the Phoenix and nothing happens.
In Savin's defense, he never signed up to be in charge for TiTs. He was already putting a ton of work into CoC2's main story himself as that is HIS project, so blaming him is essentially just blaming the patsy. The one to ultimately blame is Fenoxo for not running a tighter ship. When he stepped away from writing on HIS project, he should've chosen someone else to take over as lead who was ready to do the work, and who wasn't knee-deep in the process of making their own game. Instead the task was unceremoniously thrown to Savin as there was no one else to do it, who as is, was already immensely busy with his own game. The blame will always land on Fenoxo for not doing his due diligence, before he decided to fuck off from the project with the exception of doing some occasional coding. Don't blame the guy who was used as the fall-guy, blame the guy who was initially the one in charge of TiTs and is the reason the game development isn't better organized than it is.I just pick one at random and wave my fist in the air. Though since savin is the one in charge now I lean towards blaming him.
latest update appears to have fixed the crashing.Ah, it's a fail state work around. Weird that they make it seem like it's a normal conversation option. Also, the rats in Zheng are so annoying they're crashing the game the longer I fight them. Those fuckers are overtuned.
Fortunately I was running a Tech, so I nuke them with the upgraded gravity attack. I wonder if the other classes have target all attacks too? Otherwise it must suck for them here.latest update appears to have fixed the crashing.
The reason why their battle is so tough is due to their stun ability using a physique check instead of a chance check. Ironically if you do loot their baton weapon, its very effective on them.

Stole the Sidewinder from the pirates (which was cool as hell scene, even though there's a lot of placeholder descriptions on it now), but can't seem to get Tessa's quest activated. I hit 100 trust with her, do you need to finish all the flirts before she'll go on to her quest? I can't trigger the breast one, and Kiro's event to save her hasn't shown up despite me flying around.
