Munching them is pointless if you can't decrease your libido due to your taint being 100, it will not decrease.
You need to edit your save to remove corrupted perk and to remove taint, then you will be able to chew on chill pills to remove your libido. Or you gotta restart the game.
And to level up the goo armor, start from the top of the list on wiki, you can click on the armor and 'talk' to her (interact with her), match that with the conditions needed to activate her upgrade procs and you're golden.

Oh my bad I didn't meant to say my taint is 100 it's only 8 right now. (So how do I fix my libido issue) I was panicking since I saw this stat the taint thing for the first time and it was at 15. Also who is Janeria? So far my armor can heal, eat cum and is cold proof. (Also is it just me going around like can't I bring other people with me or no, like I find it really hard to beat those gangs that are like 4 people each level 10) And I don't have to deal with any implant mishaps right?
(What happens if I follow the Essyra, is it like the green tree woman it's a bad end?)

Then if Chill Pills are still ineffective that means something else is beefing up your libido, check your perks.
On the screenshot you provided your libido is 105, you should keep it at around 15 or less.

Also who is Janeria?

Boss at Uveto lab where you need to go in order to upgrade the goo armor to have shields and to nullify electricity resistance vulnerability. Talk to Dr.Lessau on Uveto to start that.

Then don't, simply run away. That's also an option, you don't really need to fight shit when you hit level 12.

My man just make a bunch of saves and try to find out yourself. You're getting stuck in something as simple as an encounter with an Essyra. Also every class has a way to deal damage to crowds of enemies (since you're tech specialist it's Thermal/Gravidic Disruptor) and use them wisely. Learn to switch weapons in combat because enemies from Zheng Shi forward have high specific resistances. Abuse Paralyzing Shock to stun enemies.

Again a lot of your questions can be answered quickly if you just saved and tried out the encounter yourself.

(Or do people just run away) I don't know I just felt like I should be like mega strong or something as if the doctor with 6 hands should be the only one I shouldn't fight and the rest I should be able to kill as I'm 60 in all stats so I kinda feel like I'm not playing the game properly (I mean like I'm not but it feels even worse when your cheating and you think your maxed out but you can't even beat a gang)

I mean I do that but I quickly run out of energy I mean I have energy potions with me but is that really it like it takes a lot of time in a fight. (Maybe I'm just used to blowing people up in 2 shots back then.

Yeah yeah yeah i get what you want, you want to push a button and for everything to die in an instant, something one sees in a shitty game. But see this one isn't a shitty game, so here you actually can get challenged.
But hey you can always turn on that.. 'easy mode' or whatever, never actually tried that, maybe it'll make it so you can kill everything by hitting 'attack' once or something.

You're way too scared of Dr.Lash

He (they?) is a relatively easy opponent compared to something like the Kaithrit mercenaries in Dhaal. He didn't even manage to land a shot on me. Just stun the shit out of your enemies.

I don't even know how to do and yes I just died. Luckily enough I have saves. I ran out of energy since I didn't bring any energy potions with me. But I'm not sure what the status effects are since she's not on the wiki or I can't find her so I don't know what gun to use. (Also how do you stun the shit out of your enemies?) I read a comment once stating the rocket hammer is broken. That one just bring that and spam it?

Turns out she absorbs lightning so I got the hail gun and kept on shooting her. (I won!)

Does turning in the card do me any good or nothing at all and better to keep?

(pretty much I got everything that's important with this goo suit, it can heal, eat cum and resistance to electricity)

Normally that's plenty for me to off just about anything.

To stun your enemy you can use Paralyzing Shock since you're a Techie, nothing to do with disruptor.

I have power surge, but it's just not enough. Like I find myself in a pinch, like sometimes I go around then I ran out of energy worse case scenario especially when I hop into low level places and I 1-2 tap enemies I forget about my lust and I get defeated by it.

Rest to keep your energy levels topped up.
Also periodically you can get your goo armor to fuck you (masturbation menu>crew) lowering your lust levels, as well.
Not to mention that you can use Focus Pills in combat to decrease your active lust.

It is fine to go there, or indeed not to go. But you definitely getting something changed about your persona if you do go.
Depends on which costume you pick. The least invasive is probably the what-it's-name armor that turns you into some giga-chad (or giga-chadesse lol). I doubt that you'll have problems with that one.
But ultimately you can undo any transformation you receive at POE-A by applying some TF items.

I guess I'll have to check on that Korgi Hold quest then. Also is it good to have big breast to heal up? (Like the drink milk option, is this viable?) If there's one quest I wanna do it's something about a squirrel girl getting kidnapped by like a blue female villain. Since when I was scrolling through the wiki I saw the price was like a machine that if you use it twice on your ass, you get to heal every time you use your ass or something like that. I'm forgetting what's it called or how to even trigger it. Any advice?

(Also what's the best mods to get? I think I have the lactating one and the virility one but I haven't seen any changes on the virility side of things)
Also is inventory bag space is capped at 20? like without other modules
