27% is actually no big deal, you can go over 30% easily enough with the right gear.

Do you think evasion is better than shield since if they can't hit you, then technically what's the point of having shield? (Since my augment gives me 50 plus on shied and 1 shield defense) I never really bothered on the jetpack since I have cool demon wings that I can just use. I got the helmet but I don't even know the "customize" version works since I don't know how to check if the helmet is up or not. (My customize only has her, gray goo and nova) As for swimsuit I have no clue how to get that thing to work which would also mean I can't get the body parts one since it need to have all features first.1.
