To make it a little bit clearer (it took me a while to figure this out) Load a save then clicking the top of the "i" of TiTS several times on the main menu a message will come up saying you've unlocked it.
I can't say if there are any new pregnancies or not, but I can confirm that the Wiki does need some updating. There are a couple minor NPCs whose pages haven't been updated in over a year, despite the fact that they have new options, and there are some new NPCs like Jasvalla, the hunter who constantly stalks you throughout the game, that don't even have a page on the wiki yet.
You meet her again on Zheng Shi. Just walk around a bit. Not sure if there's anything past that atm.

Actually only if you are on high level. Where do you meet her after Tavros lift meeting is defined on your level. For example if you are only level 1-2 then you could meet her on Mhen'ga.

Are you using the electron version or playing in browser through the HTML file? Did you close and open the same versions, or did you update the game between closing and reopening it?

Another couple weeks. I understand why it's confusing, cause the devs have been pretty back-and-forth on mobile builds.
First, it was "We're doing mobile builds."
Then, it was "We're doing mobile builds, but only in the form of PWAs, which should totally work fine but also we're learning how to do it from scratch, and we're specifically not doing APKs."
Now, it's "Oh btw we decided we would do APKs after all in addition to the PWA thing, so expect an APK to drop in a couple weeks."
