Meant an in game acquired perk list but I figured it out. Also I seem to be unable to use the save editor with the newest version of the game.

I also have a start game I created at lvl 1, and lvled to 10 and edited, but when I exit ship and get to the first Door to bypass, after making 1 choice change on wiring, it instantly says -1 moves left, give up or etc.
