It's fixed in 0.9.128Dang the rescue scenes on Uveto are broken in this buildJerryn's bad end is hands down my favorite scene in the whole game.

Experiencing content in this game is like exploring a derelict windows file system.
No, I haven't downloaded the new version, but out of curiosity I checked the wiki pages on VR Goggles and Crew Toy to see if there was anything new there, on the logic that these systems were explicitly designed to be added to continuously as the game development progresses. Imagine my absolute lack of surprise at the result.
But this does bring up another question: How up to date is the wiki?
I am also now curious if using an AI is possible to collate a list of all existing sex scenes in the game. Since it appears the carbon lifeforms have by now pretty much given up on the effort.

No idea if this has got any effect besides the Deathclaw sex scenes. From the description i think it has to be jaw expanding perk. I would say it is as it is - to somewhat stick to realism. From the perspective of swallowing that huge D's - that would have no sense in scenes descriptions... Maybe it is done for future monster D's upgrades, and MC bj's on them.
I would say only Galotian race (being pseudo solid-liquid) type of flexibility could not worry to do that. And we get even fatter body updates of monsters all the time... From the wiki point of view - that perk would have no sense, as we already can upgrade MC throat with

Fen explained it without explaining "it" thoroughly. As usual.
For me it just looks like every artist (text writer/coder) has got their own content ideas (scenes). But i don't think they verify ALL previous separate writer code that already exist in the game. And when new content updates are done to the game, the new writers ideas are pushed forward with majority of the writer content.
I think we have that kind of situation here.
Edit1: that would also kinda explain why so many "hotfixes" are needed when something doesn't want to work perfectly with existing code.
Edit2: SylvieRose i get your point. Imaging even new after deathclaw race, with even bigger D's - what would they use in new scene descriptions? Like:
"...thanks to your <SnakeByte> extension you are able to survive the deepthroat with no worries! ..." or
"...thanks to your <Elastic Jaw> extension you are able to survive the deepthroat with no worries! ..." ?
Now they got two function checks for both variables.
