You can only have 1 knot. Unfortunately, Dane doesn't have his multi-knot penis anymore either; it gets removed after Myrellion and is replaced with a horse cock when you find him on Zheng Shi.
It's really disappointing how basically every penis is just a horse cock at this point; most of the cock transformations you can do to NPCs are just turning other types into them. The list of penis types is actually pretty long, but you wouldn't ever know that with how little variance there is in the game (not that there isn't any, but the list of characters with them is short). I was actually pretty excited when I saw the Divrani for the fact the sole fact that they actually have unique cocks, but they don't seem to have any scenes yet (Though if you read the codex entry, you will find out they just have a canine-like penis, the big twisty thing on their crotch and flowers on their nipples being parasites).

i can only assume that leaving it in caused some issues behind the scenes or they didnt want to foster penis snake envy in players so they looked for the most generic substitute and to be fair, they have an entire world that his basically just horses and cows fuckin to the max

also i assume after a certain point they found actually writing for the variety in penis to be a hassle especially because said differences rarely matter for most scenes

Yea, it sucks that he gets downgraded so much; I was pretty excited when I heard he is a permanent NPC in the casino, only to be disappointed immediately after getting to him.
It's not that they have removed irregular penis content; it's just that most of the transformations that can be done to NPCs are turning existing penises into horse cocks or growing new ones; and that the number of characters with irregular penises is small.

all followed by an emergency hotfix because the bug fixes made the game a crashy mess (again)
