For NTR you mean like in-game you get a wife/partner but then there's a written scene where someone fucks them in front of you but like you're not even participating, right?
I don't enjoy that (since like I'd rather be a part of it instead of the scene being written to make fun of me) but there are very few NPC's that you can be in a relationship with, and I'm almost positive that whenever there was the possibility of an NTR scene happening, the game gives you the option to like go with it, or not (most of the scenes in the game ask you to choose if you want to do them or not).

As for the rest of the fetishes you mentioned, the game gives you these blockers:

The likes and dislikes option is just for publicly showing your likes and dislikes but they won't actually filter anything, so just be sure to use the Tag Filter option.

When creating a character in Single Player there's an option called 'Center of Attention' or something which disables all sex between companions/allies that don't involve you.

IIRC even with that off the game will ask before those scenes happen if you want to allow them or not.

I am a moblie player and i got something wrong on this mobile version like somehow my mc after sleep scene and level up my mc never store cum from other charactor it happen on any save i played just after lv up and mc cant store cum anymore
Anyone know how to fix this or it just happen on mobile

Two questions
bitch-morph: besides the special requirements (either being a female with big tits or being a Bimbo) its possible to get that description without a animal head/muzzle? I just can't lower my Ausar score without also lowering the bitch-moroh score otherwise and my PC just keeps getting called a ausar or half-ausad instead

Just keep this above 50% and when in the appearance screen tab under "Preferences" choose your preferred species.
