So I just tested after going through the tedious tutorial dungeon and the STD immunity from the tutorial dungeon dose not halfs your virility/cum production compared to the one on Tarkus.
Don't know if its a bug or on purpose since it was already broken from last patch but yeah if anyone wants the std immunity without consequence get the one from the tutorial dungeon.

! They even said a year ago that they just started working on it again after all those years. Tbf, visual novels are really not that complex to make and some can be done within a few months. It’s insane. It is nothing as code frenzy as the main game is and I know for sure that you play as an Ausar MC in the vn. I think the only reason why they want to focus on this now is because the fanbase keep bugging Fen to add something TiTs related to steam. I won’t hold my breath on this one, it’ll probably be next year for them to mention their progress on this again.

I guess Kaede can be rare for people who don't know they almost always show up at the tavros bar, too.
