Gonna play Devil's Advocate and defend that scene, Steele *is* a sex pest let's be honest, a trust fund child who like their father fucks anything with a pulse that can consent, and so Steele does bother before taking the hint when she pulls out a gun, but i agree could had been done better.

Steele is as much of a sex pest as you make him... Is what I'd like to say, ideally... Sometimes, I do find I have to reload a save to make sure my Steele doesn't act like a deviant, though... But, I want to say, that it's mostly up to the player... Though, often you'll have to go between the two extremes. You either interact like a deviant with certain characters or refrain from mostly any interaction in order to not act like a deviant... *sigh*

Yup, the text has had that hint since they were launched but most people just click through every fight which, to be fair, is warranted considering how trivial pretty much most encounters are.
