Ok. Did you use the "Save to File" option when saving? Saving with this option will have created a .json file with your character's name on it somewhere on your machine. So either try again or send me your save and I'll take a look at it for you. Almost forgot to mention that yes the editor DOES indeed support your version. I've used it several times to correct some of my own fuck ups.

Sigh... save editors barely work for this game anymore due to the engine being swapped over from Flash to Java

Ah, thanks. For some reason all my saves were just marked as type "File". (Still worked perfectly fine for the game itself.)
When I manually forced it to create .json file, it worked.
Edit: I think the problem was me renaming the save files. When left as-is, they save as .json normaly.
Still, renaming them and appending ".json" in the name also works. (for me, anyway)

Roughly:
Coc2 has more content albeit a lot of the content isn't finished or isn't good (in my experience), it's also less beginner friendly imo, you can make Transformations affect specific things and requires less save scumming overall.
TITS has less content but i'd say it's more polished on the scenes and general content, more begginer friendly and the transformations require some save scumming now and then.
