tbf, they have to complete kiro (she's not done yet, she has a lot of companion content but not all of it) and they started to work on the next mainquest planet.
So...yeah, not anytime soon
Look at it this way, there's a fair amount in quests and content you can't even do if she isn't one of your lovers.

Huh, didn't think we'd even get that much until the next public patch lately.
I'm dyin' to know lately, which drawn porn site gets the new pics they draw for things on their main site the fastest? It's too hard to find them consistantly on the main site. Fastest I've found was Hentai Foundry, but it's usually just Adjatha's stuff that shows up fast at all and even that can take 4 weeks at times. I don't know many drawn porn sites that have things other than full comic issues or mangas and have western pics.

You can also use the cheat 88mph to pass the time by 5 years I think.
Motherhusk on Tarkus or gulping ovilium when pregnant in all your womb.
If you don't mind skipping time go to the Tavros nursery in your room you have the option to stay in the nursery until giving birth (note that if you are currently pregnant from Rahn in the Tanami program you won't have the option to send the eggs to Breedwell and you will not be rewarded from them I think)
