They refuse to actually make a main story. I've been checking coc2 changelogs for "kas","kasyrra" for like 2 years unto nothing. Speaking of main story, is there anything of the main story in tits after you encounter your cousin in the bee place or is that still the extent of that here?

Yes, the cousin's latest thing iirc is on Dhaal, second to last story planet. They're doing the final story planet rn after cutting the game's scope down a lot since then.
They were some of the first out of the gate with the whole vapor goonware movement
Which means a not insignificant amount of their backers either forgot they subbed because it's buried under 300+ dollars worth of monthly patreon charges or they stick around after all these years because of sunk cost fallacy
The remainder probably have some kind of parasocial relationship with the devs and see dropping support as dropping support for someone they know personally ("They've given me so much spank material, I'll just stick around and throw them a few bucks for the thanks")
There's just no way there's enough people who see the glacial update cycle and think "yes, I will pay another $60+ this year to goon to content that was new in 2020"

I point you towards many modding/fangame Fandoms: fallout, darksouls, pokemon, cod, halo, risk of rain... CoC and CoC2. What modding does is not fix shit for the creator. They already fucked up. It makes the experience more enjoyable for the fan/consumer though. Mods can fix alot, like plot holes, performance issues, lack of content, etc etc etc. If the creator is too incompetent to remain consistent, give it to a fan who will be.
Even though Bethesda is a terrible company, at least they FINISH making their games. Modding should add content, not finish it like it would do here with tits. And noone wants to add anything, not cause they don't want too, there's plenty of artists who make fan content to disprove that. It's because the process to get your images added to the game is tedious and VERY inconsistent. I imagine they get dozens of image submitted at the least each week. And barely any get added. CoC2 has modding, and it adds qol and good content to existing or even new characters. Denying modding does nothing to make The tits crew look better when they've been twiddling their thumbs.TBH I despite devs that "Let the player / mod community to finish the game". (Don't be Like Bethesda)
You (The dev) are making the game, not us. It's your responsibility to provide the contents.
If fan / Community like the game so much that they want to add in contents, that's great, but that's always Additional.
It should never be the development principle, nor should it define the game.
Now if it's an indie developer that lack resources, so enable players to do what they wish that can't be provide, it's reasonable.
But It should never be expected could Improve the Game in any tangible way.
"Nobody want to add that stuff" is just an indicator the game is not really as popular as you thought.

You mean the first CoC? CoC2 is run by Savin & Co. and that barely has a modding space compared to the first game's hgg mod and the two that came before that (RIP Revamp and Kitteh).
No, both of them have a modding scene, mainly due to CoC2 being run on html so it's actually able to be more easily modded in comparison to tits.
If that was the case we'd probably have a rather notable modding scene here, but I've only seen one happening in the CoC2 thread and even then I've not seen updates on that.
Neither have I see much for TiTS ever since they stopped showing their code outside the BooBs mod and that is greatly panned now. CoC1's code is open source (and thanks to Revamp's code being out in the open it is easily findable) and so that's why it was able to get a modding scene. Idk where you're finding bunches of mods for the other two games because if they exist they are likely dead or deader or barely updating.
How do you guys catch STD's like sneezing tits or cooties. At the wiki it states sneezing tits will appear if the opponent is sick and sneezes at you. So is that RNG?

The carriers are straight up stated on the wiki page for it. The enemy doesn't literally sneeze on you, it is just RNG if you fight the specific NPCs.

I always forget the STDS are a thing, (Mainly cause I get the immunity) good luck trying to get them, wiki states who as what but the infection rate is nearly the same for ALL the infecties, 1-5.5% change to get infected.

I would say about maybe a 3,once you complete the tutorial and the first planet a couple of side places open up you can go to in loo of completing the main objective. Even though you're technically in a race against your cousin to get the pods you can take your time hell i spent an entire in game month at new Texas building up strength.
