I have no idea, there is no news about it on the Steam page, while on their Patreon there is a post from 3 days ago that talks about how the game is being reviewed on the store, but after "Meanwhile,..." I can't read what is written.
Personally I think it is more than obvious that the game will also be released on Patreon by that date, maybe even before, after all the supporters must get something, otherwise why they should support it?
But this is just a consideration of mine, unfortunately I know nothing certain about it.

Where is the point to release it for only 20$ patreons? Tf is that…. Sounds like the dev on some srs cash grab here
its not the "20$ only", it's for the "Anyone who's total support amount reach 20$ even if paused midway(quoting him)"
Update 0.9 is available for free on the Patreon. As for the full game, we'd have to wait till December 2nd, when it releases on Steam. So basically in a week we will get the full game, that is if someone posts it here.
