It unlocks automaticaly no matter what you do.

It's unlocked after a certain night but it's almost at the end of the game

I am not sure but isn't x-ray just the womb penetration animations that appear in the corner of the scenes.
If so, its working for me.

It's supposed to appear at all times, even outside scenes.
