Story wise my only complaint is that i have no idea whats happening at the start: why are the succubi at the house, why am i locked out, who the fuck am i playing as, who any of the characters are.
Please do not take this as an attack on yourself dev, i not meaning to insult you or anything, these are just my frustration with the game.
For your other concerns I have heard them loud and clear from the community and have many planned changes for when milovnaa.com returns and I can edit again. There are small hints droped about why the succubi are targeting you but the reasoning is light and doesn't really matter. I don't think I'm a good writer and I don't normally enjoy games where the story is the core focus. (I'm all about the decisions)
Who you are is pretty blank other than the choice of your name and fiancé and the fact that you have a pretty nice house(which has maybe 19+ rooms haha). I left it pretty blank for you to fill in the gaps and hopefully more easily roleplay as the MC.
Of course I don't take it as a personal attack. You are among a crowd of people with those concerns and I strive to make the play experience much better for this audience. Thanks for the feedback!

you will loss at the very first but as for the rest of the game it's amazing .
in my opnion if this game was made on renpay instead of Html it would be alot easier to navegate through the game
Surprisingly good game despite the limitations of the engine, no fast text options and no cheats
I understand changing the engine is not possible, but what about making text and images go faster with the click of a button? Is there a way to cheat?
P.S.: It would also be cool to add an auto advance button, so that you don't have to click or press a key in some cases
I don't know how easy or hard would be to implement these features but it would make the game so much better
Better save method? Sadly not possible with EOS. (But I do plan more save/load opportunities)

Yes, if it was made in repny it would be far easier to navigate. I didn't know coding at all when I started and EOS was the only drag and drop editor I ever found that I understood enough to get started. Now I have enough knowledge to pull off Renpy but it would be months of porting alone. When the editor is back online I have lots of planned fixes that should greatly help.
Can you come up with an ending achievement system, I want to know clearly which endings have been triggered and which have not. Or have a task guide option
I had an ending achievement system planned and the base code actually exists to allow for it. However, I can't get it to work. So I need more coding help to pull it off, sorry.

Yes, it constantly is autosaving where you are if you restart or close the window.(for online and offline, in fact offline does not require a milovana account) It also gives a save code system on restart that you can use beyond the autosave function. It is a bit fiddly compared to other engines but this engine was not built with saves in mind at all and what was created was absolutely amazing considering. (all credit to fapnip!)
