VN - Ren'Py - Completed - Triangle [v1.0] [Neverlucky]

I don´t like this game very much.
The story is not bad and don´t so much rushed making the protagonists a cum-bucket-slut in no time from being a innocent and almost perfect girl but Jenny should act more slowly because of his situation.
Dev takes time and keeps a good pace making characters going together.
The only reasons i don´t give it a 5 star it´s that:

1.) i would like Jenny rather to be more virgin (no any type of sex with anyone before)and develop her story slower or more experienced and keep the pace , it breaks for me the virgin and innocent role that she tries to put in comparisson with the experienced character of you and your girlfriend. I don´t like when the first times you are with her she reminds her bad sexual interactions with her last boyfriend and althought she says she never had vaginal sex and only seems to masturbate with fingers, i don´t think so if we consider her "first time" with you you do no foreplay and stickes all the dick in with her not bothering of feeling anything strange at all and second time likes is a bit rought making no sense because she had to be so sore down there and wanted to wait a bit. If you tell me she had done it million times before i would believed it rather than this.
Sorry for downing stars stars but 5 means perfect for me D. I might accept this if she´d be the slutty type, i mean virgin but super horny chick that goes crazy after sex.
Pd: I didn´t saw a mod that fixes it like other games like "the gift" has.

2.) No animations.

3.) wonderful renders but i feel like there is a palpable difference between Jenny´s detail´s (even frekles, and amazing shadows and tan lines LOL) and the Sarah ones. I get the feeling that Jenny has more effort put into.

4.) This is a story to watch but noot to play since the options given doesn´t have any impact in the main story. The characters will stay the same rather choosing one option or the another.

5.) In the game i see that MC loves the girlfriend as much as her does him. Girlfriend loves Jenny. At this point everything is right but i don´t see any love interest of Jenny in Sarah until she tells her the love story with her parents and Jenny. How is that she wants to taste what her parents did to feel more connected to them -_- .
And about Jenny and you at first she begins to develop feelings for you and MC is not clear if he does or taakes advantage of her. But at the ending of the version i played they seem to loose that love and give into a relationship only based on sex. You don´t care about her and she only is open with Sarah like you no matter.

I feel like MC does not fit in here. Sarah and Jenny are flirting and so open between them while the only thing between you and them is ONLY SEX.
If they go with other male there is no dif at all. And i think tha this is going to happen or maybe they would left you and live togueter as a lesbian couple.

Don't know how I've never heard of this one until now, glad I did tho. Very nice game, premise is nothing new (clever story point to avoid anyone being related tho) but then, at least with the choices I made, it progresses quite quickly and went to a peaceful and warm agreement between the 3 parties, well paced with hot sex scenes. Only negative thing I could say is that your wife is not as succesfully designed as the Jenny. Something could be better about her jaw, teeth and her eyes look less alive than Jenny.

I mean it's got pregnancy, freckles and sweet vanilla content. Do i have to say anything else? Wouldn't mind a little bit of conflict with the trio overcoming challenges of their uncommon relationship but i think most fans want it to remain on the happy side. Appreciate your work.

This is my review of the game Triangle in the final version and developed by Neverlucky:

1 - Graphics: The graphics are really good, I rarely saw any grainy render. The art design is great and the focus is at the three models(MC, Sarah and Jenny), but the side characters are good too.

2 - Gameplay: Full and simple VN and it is almost a Kinect novel. But there are some decisions have an impact on the ending

3 - Script: The dialogues are good, good coherence narrative, lovely characters with a bit focus on Jenny

4 - Sex scenes: This game has a good amount of sex scenes, because the focus is more story and characters development. There’s no animation, but the images, narration and dialogues help the immersion efficiently. The scenes are all vanilla, but they fit with the game propose(beautiful and happy love triangle) and there’s no problem for me in this area

Final: If you want a game with good and vanilla love triangle and no hardcore scene and a great ending, I recommend this game for you.

I was loving this game at the start. Mostly because Sarah is perfect. She's smart, fun, kind, unreasonably gorgeous, and madly in love with the main character. There were several choices to be made in the first three or four days. Unfortunately, those choices were ignored and then the main character started doing really stupid things that made me hate him.


The lack of meaningful choices is frustrating because making choices is the only gameplay element these games have, so it isn't much of a game without them. All that's left is the story and the visuals. The visuals are fine. Sarah is beautiful, and Jenny is pretty. There aren't any animations, but the erotic content is well done and quite frequent. The dialogue is okay, but the plot is awful. It's both unrealistic and unsatisfying.

Definitely a fan of the Jenny model/render. Freckles are cute. Pretty good sexual scenes. Decent enough story. I like how everyone can be happy pretty good work! I'm a fan. Looking forward to more updates my friend.

Entertaining , interesting, erotic, romantic, funny. Well this one has it all - plus: Sex events in a very good quality. Regardless of possible content in future updates i didn´t feel a cliffhanger on the last screen.

Wow, this should certainly end up with lots of patreons.
For 0.8 it has a ton of content. And I have to say, all of it is almost perfectly in line with my likes.
And this guy seems to be spending a god damned fortune on clothes to keep the girls looking fresh day after day. The smiles look great, all the images look great. Girls are sexy as hell! Lots of locations, many of them repeats from other games, but kind of to be expected. But there seems to be some unique locations as well. at least ones I have not ever seen before.
The only negative is that there are very few choices to be made, which lowers the role playing aspect quite a bit. For me the main character follows a pretty solid route, but if someone has a different view of what they want their main character to be like, they are going to be disappointed. If there was some way to make this sandbox in the future it would be golden.

Been playing this for a while now and as of v0.8, I have to say I love it. I started it as sort of a filler between updates for My Sweet Neighbors but now I look forward to each update for what this game offers. Really enjoy the cute story and the renders are top notch. Not much in the name of choices but I guess that is a plus point for me since I don't really like worrying about each choice which can lead to a bad end.

The thing I like the most about this game though is the interaction between the characters and the conversations. The light-hearted and funny dialogues make this a fun game to go through in it's entirety with every update. Even though I'm not a fan of the pregnancy thing, I have to say keep up the great work, Neverlucky; this is a gem of a game.

I like the story and I like how straightforward it is there's no collecting items no generating money and no repeating scenes over and over again to make progress it tells a story and at least for the moment your choices only impact the scenes.

The render quality is good and it's well written.

story: simple and well writed.

characters: cute and nicely done.

scenes (eortic ones): hot and well done.

gameplay: meh +1

conclussion: with no weird things happening around, just a simple story
of love between three people. and thats is ok.

Review of v0.7

Such wonderful unconventional vanilla. That's what Triangle is. I couldn't be more pleased about the current story presented in this game. I enjoyed it immensely.

While games of this bent usually contain corruption or seduction or something even darker, this is just pure romance. There is a lot of happiness in this game, and it really shines through to the player. I could go for slightly slower pacing/more anticipation, but it's not unnaturally fast, so that's more about personal preference.

There is just enough agency to sufficiently involve the player. Choices seem to have little or no impact except for a bit of dialogue and a different scene, but I'm very much of the opinion that that doesn't matter. The agency is there even if consequence is not. In fact, it was a breath of fresh air not to have to stress about making the right choices. I could just be myself (or the character I wanted to role-play) without any stress whatsoever. Again, what a joy.

The MC is an experienced, pleasant, adult male. He doesn't stand out but fits his purpose well to allow the player to self-insert. Sarah and Jenny are both wonderful characters, each with their own distinct personality. I cared about both. I'd like to see more development of their personalities outside the romance (talk more about work/school, etc.) but otherwise I love the characterizations.

The models are quite nice and the renders are good. I'd prefer a bit higher resolution but it's still better than quite a few Ren'py games.

My only complaint is that the dialogue, particularly in the beginning, feels somewhat stiff. Word choice could be a bit better. Throughout the current content I would occasionally be taken out of immersion by someone saying something that didn't ring true as how a normal person would speak in the given situation. Also, when speaking about things like work and school the author tries to be very general because I guess they don't think it's that important. But that lack of specificity makes the discussion sound unnatural. Instead of Sarah saying she "finished a huge case" she should say "I finally finished the Jacob's case" with the MC knowing what that is and appreciating the consequence. Note this criticism is against an ideal and the dialogue is still far better than most games. The English is generally good with occasional incorrect punctuation.

I'm uncertain where the author plans to go post-0.7. But I can't wait to find out!

So, uh... I don't know. I kinda liked it. I don't think the writing is stellar, and the writer would definitely get a lot of mileage out of listening back his own script with "text to speech" program to make things sound a bit more natural.

Regardless, it is a threesome that is written at least semi-believably. Which, let me tell you, makes it a very rare game indeed. Usually threesomes and harems are basically impossible to write realistically, and so most adult game writers don't even bother. They either ignore the whole issue wholesale, or do something ridiculous.

In this case, it goes rather painlessly, but at least it's not instant "let's all fuck together", so it gets some points.

I rather liked it, I suspect because the story didn't feel like I am playing with high stakes. I'd rather keep stress away from my porn, yea?

To me it scrapes by as a 4, we'll see how it goes.

my god, the writing is so bad. it looks like it was written by that weird classmate in middle school who wants to become a writer. its not pretentious but the dialogue is so bad, im laughing at each 5th sentence.

i like watching 2 girls making out, but thats the only good thing about this game.

This is one of the most pleasant and refreshing game on F95Zone; the plot isn't particularly complex but it is very well written with great dialogues and well made characters. The progression of the triangle relationship between the three main characters is smooth and well paced without the unnecessary drama and angst that is used in other games; instead this game is all based on love and lust between the characters and the two main girls are well characterized and different as well as absolutely beautiful; the game unfortunately doesn't feature animations but the erotic/sex scenes are very well made and exciting. If you are looking for an adult novel filled with love and lust. this is the game for you!

4.5+/5 Solid good game.

Well written story with good dialogues complimented with great pacing. Models are nice, characters feel developed and blend well together. I was surprised by amount of content and H scenes, there are a lot. Only thing missing are some fetishes, but it will probably be added with more updates.

Good game, worth playing, would recommend.

This one definitely needs a lot more attention from people. It's not the most choice driven VN out there, but the story of it is sweet and fun. Without spoiling anything, the developing romance of the characters is very natural and fluid and nothing feels forced at all.

If you haven't subscribed to the Dev's patreon, do it. The money is well deserved.

A sweet VN about a decent guy who lucks into a dream triad despite a normal sized dick and a lack of any special abilities or talents. A pleasant daydream of a story.
Note that the only difference for choices is what scene you see at that choice.

At first it seemed to be similar to "My Sweet Neighbors" (which I also like btw.), but this one goes into another direction (possible girl-on-girl action and threesome)

Also the pace is pretty nice and fast enough, which means, it does NOT take like 100 release versions to get from hugging to something like foreplay or even intercourse (like I've seen in many other games).

The only thing missing yet are animations (real ones, not just switching images), then it would be really great.

Still, for the "early" stage a very enjoyable game.
Totally recommended.
