so totally. so from now on skip hp's posts.
I did a clean load w/Mod of the clean load w/mod I had previously done, to see if anything made a difference. I also thought to try a previous save that had the QM. That seems to have fixed the issue but it still doesn't explain why it went away in the first place or why it would not come back but as of now it's resolved (kind of). I have 2 main runs with saves right now 1) harem with my soul as the payment to Atrix and 2) harem with no-ones soul as payment. I just noticed there was a difference that I didn't remember in my play through of #1 - Mistress Lian had died something I didn't trigger myself because when I got to the part where Yuu the maiden saves MC and they are talking she says she thinks one was mistress Lian I stopped at that point since it didn't seem right. I have deleted the version that I played through first and saved the version I reloaded and played the game from a good save #2 w/QM from update 21. The saves after that had no QM.
Weird. I got full game and I have Shaddy's mod as well.
Wonder if it's ren'py being ren'py.

1st playthrough for me, and 1st game that I've played from this dev. I'm a sucker for a good story and this one's got it. Love the motley crew the MC has collected and the lore that comes with it. Only element I didn't like was the sex scenes, which seems to be a common complaint. Thankfully, I didn't care about the sex scenes - they felt more like a distraction to me so I skipped through them. I got hooked on the story and all the details of the different races. Plus, there's a ton of content considering the game is only a year old... I'm really impressed!

The loops get better around update 20, and you don't need to skip them via pressing skip/control there is an option for them in the preferences content tab. Well, I have literally lost count how many times I've replayed TR:S 1&2All 3 are awesome and haven't aged a day.
