I dont know if my post gets removed because it´s in the wrong thread but i wanted to point something out for TRS2.

I finally decided to try it out (took me a few weeks, but it was worth it), even though it didn't appeal to me personally at first (from the pictures).. but since I knew which dev it was from Talothral , I thought the story would be good and it was.

But I noticed 3 small "mistakes". First, if you don't select the "canon" ending to be able to change the name, but still select all characters to be in a "relationship" with them,
the variable "garrettsharem" isn't activated, which means that in some dialogues, the "harem" isn't mentioned, but only Chiel and Cade.
Then, at another point, relatively near the end (after the attack and in the debriefing with the ambassadors), I noticed that
the variable "NovaAegisRelationship = true" shows the wrong dialogue. When it comes to the children, only Cade is mentioned again. Lastly,
the variable "UECNeutral" isn't activated (it's quite possible that it was due to my decisions, but I assume (if they defend the station with us and we were always "accommodating and open" to them otherwise, that they would have to be neutral towards us). But at the end on Cearia, the variable is then called, and it says that they continue to cause "unrest."

Hello all!

So what's up? Starting to render the final scene, well started rendering it earlier. It has been somewhat smooth process, but it helps that I didn't really need to build sets right now. But it's just calm before the storm. 0.39.0 will be more complex to render as fairly certain that one scene in there will take three or four days due to the complexity of it. Meh... I'll deal with it when I get there.

As for writing, unsurprisingly I'm where I should be had plenty of time to write over the weekend, despite the mood not being there until 5 in the morning... Still I'm happy with it.



And talking to the two refugees from the Empire, well sorting out their lesson plans so to speak. During the updates at the tower there are a couple of scenes with them, and then after we return from the next trip some more. Well, that was it for today, I'll take a short break and continue rendering...

As e6mill said, loading slightly older save works, usually, (There is one in the autosave section, at the question regarding that) should fix it and prevent ren'py deleting the sodding variables.

Already old. Last played on version 33.
The issue was with official compressed. No errors now.
They are exactly the same files except for the image files, which are slightly more compressed... Not that it's anything new that something weird happens, and it gets fixed in a way that doesn't make sense.

Can't wait for this to be finished, loved the previous 3 games and this looks like it follows the same structure. One of my favorite devs in terms of writing. Sucks waiting for games to be completed, but that's just how I play them I guess. Excited to see what you do in the future!
