Tho she doesn't look much like her either. But you know how girls are about changing looks.
It's... exactly the same model though, just swapped two or three morphs and the hair... I did tweak the body morphs a bit but the muscularity, shape and size are identical to the old one. The biggest changes were done to breast shaping to be a bit more natural shape (which as a side effect increased her bust size a bit), mostly to enable a few more clothes to be used on her. The head morphs weren't touched.Tho she doesn't look much like her either. But you know how girls are about changing looks.

If you're past her dad's trial and she hasn't said anything yet then yes.
If you had sex with her, you need to take the longer route and ask what's wrong with her and not to jump the sex as quickly as possible. Mind you though, she does get sick regardless of her status. If she isn't pregnant it's just common cold, and once you are past the trial the codex will have an updated status... assuming it doesn't decide to crash because reasons.
