Sure, it also happens if the files have been extracted from the .rpa. So check for the orcsex.rpy and rpyc in the /game folder. Fairly certain they are there.
It depends when you got the mod (and started playing originally), or download/reinstall full game then apply the mod, since the files aren't in the current mod they aren't there from old version.

This is with the 0.39.1 patch and the mod from Shaddy, but after this screen, I am getting this error message. And not even any button to Ignore either.
Edit: Never mind, just a download of the full game itself instead of just update patches fixed it.

Is the mod the current version one or the outdated one for .38?
There's no issue without the mod so that's where your problem is.

I fixed it, turns out, just needed a fresh download of the full game itself rather than just update patches.
Could have just deleted the orcsex.rpy and orcsex.rpyc from the /game folder. The missing label comes from those two files.
It's kind of more flavour choice right now? Outsides of some dialogue going forward and few on off random pop-up after sex, like certain orc goddess cuddling Tomas after the latest orgy if all is good, there isn't anything really planned as is with the gods.
That's why there is the codex with those neat little hearts on the LI's portraits (well, most of them anyway, for now until the next bigger update of it, at least when it doesn't crash for random reason, assuming save is loaded that is) >.>I'm old, I can't remember every character of every game correctly

or delete the mentioned files after you did the update > patch > mod files.
