Lord Izumi is definitely rolling in his grave right now, getting bot his daughter and wife, Tomas is something else:ROFLMAO:. Finally in Var Garuhm, I've looking forward to this mission, so much hinges on it.

The latest Secret images have me worried, is that Aisha??! Is she currently in trouble??

Nope. The clothes are the same, but it's the "uniform" of the order so plenty of people wears same clothing (and colours), potentially.

Hello all!

Whee Monday... been kind of typical Monday if I'm being honest, slow, and full of interruptions because why not? And today's theme seems to be light and shadow.

Anyway, rendering? It's in a decent state, 1 and 2/3rd of a scene to do... just that the 2/3 part is half of the script. But it is relatively quick, not that much movement as is so. Posing isn't that pain in the backside, outside the set being relatively heavy.

Writing is in alright state. Right now I want to write. A lot if I'm being honest, one of those moods again so it is really flowing nicely overall. But it is always a balancing act between rendering, writing and resting period. Although I do rest while I write both mentally and physically so it tends to get blurred. Anyways, I'm happy with it. Couple interesting things coming, in my opinion, but I might be biased.

So a couple of images... This is actually one of my favourites in this update. It's simple, the torch gives... maybe a bit too much light, but partially it is because of the light fog reflecting the light back to the room. Funny how physics of light works. When researching, testing, and setting up things I've learned so much about light behaves is amusing.

And this is another favourite of mine... Sorry it is a bit dark, especially as small image, but in game I will add that and 11 in this series behind the enhanced visibility option. If there are others let me know and I'll make a patch or something for it if need be. Still I always like playing with light and darkness, simply because it can create nice renders and builds the atmosphere. Also this is the render I was sort of teasing yesterday on discord.

Overall I'm happy how things are going at the moment, still work to do but it isn't as bad as I feared... yet anyway. Anyway, short break and back to rendering I shall go!

barely and don't even think to tell that i need to adjust display settings.
Aye, which is why there will be a more brighter version available as well.
well yes although no priest has yet said you may kiss your wife.
Funny thing with medievalish/ancient "marriages", there was no priests saying "you may kiss the bride", in fact priest wasn't really involved, outside of saying "blessing upon you", until mid 1500ish if memory doesn't fail. Then the church got interested in and decided that only they had the right to declare marriage. Before that it was mostly agreement between two people. Or a ruling lord/monarch telling "these people are now together, if you have problems with it go fuck yourself or bring an army." Well, not those exact words.
