error/s will be fixed in .34 or are fixed. talothral gave a reason why fix won't be posted here and i posted mini-version of it.

I can post the hidden image fix once I'm back on the big computer.
And just as general note: I'll be ignoring the "hidden image don't work" messages when 0.34.0 gets to public after I post it.
EDIT: Right, the fix for the hidden image, extract it to the /game folder, and delete it when 0.34.0 hits.
As for the "variable not defined" in ren'py. Yeah its' defined, ren'py just deleted it from that particular save. Easy to know when it works fine from the main menu. Debug might fix that though.

It's a known bug, either wait for the next update that will fix it, or download patch for it from Talothral's discord servers. If you do download a patch for it, then you will have to download the whole game rather than update next time, if i understood correctly what Talothral was saying earlier.

Or remember to remove the patch file before you install the update.
This is the second major release where we do not see an "update only" option and rather an "optional patch" that doesn't actually update the game but rather resolves small issues..

or are you telling me you've simply moved the "update only" into the compressed section for some reason
I don't handle the op update. Right underneath the "normal" is an update only file that isn't compressed. There is about 140 MB size difference between the two files. 310 mb vs 171 mb according to GoFile.
And no, I'm not flaming you or anything, just pointing out that both of them are in the OP at least now. I make both update only files (which are on the page 209 or something (with 20 posts per page) in my initial post for this update as well), I always make both and release both. Whether one ends up in the OP depends on who uploads and updates the OP.

The 0.33 optional patch fixes a lot things but reverts some typos?
"toungue" is misspelled there as well.
Not sure about the last one, "is there any other surprise" is an odd wording but "are there any other surprises" would be the plural.
The rest of the changes all looked correct.
e: actually there's a script bug that got put in place by the optional patch that wasn't there for the 0.33 update:
secrets.rpy
which is really weird because secrets.rpy does fix the spelling of images/update33/u33Secret1.webp but breaks displaying it by checking for u34_secret1 at the same time.

Yeah, spotted your answer to it after I'd posted.
No mods, and I'm looking at the w0gihm.zip file that's supposed to be the 0.33.x optional patch. it just has scripts.rpa, not update33.rpa like the ToaM-0.33.0-Update.zip has.
I verified, in a separate directory, unrpa scripts.rpa from the optional patch, and update12.rpy has

0.33.0 fixed it to "You can call me [TOMAS]"

So an older version of some files got packed up when making the optional patch. It does fix a number of typos in update33.rpy.

You mean from the main menu? Yeah that happens, it is in default state from the main menu. Loading up a save sets the world state since the codex is dynamic outside of unlocking the characters.
