"Back in times": what times? This is a fantasy world, not 13th-century Europe. And "realistic" in a game with magic spells, demons, undead, and portals to jump from one place to another? Right.... It's fantasy, so the expectation that pubic hair is "more realistic" is silly on its face. It's clearly a preference you have, and that's fine, but pretending there's a lack of realism because of this is ridiculous.
