The opening of this game is kind of endearing, and so is the obligatory female protagonist (a rarity for games of this genre). The actual content is really sparse, though. Not sure how to give advice for a demo (since you're probably already working on most of the things I could recommend), but it'd improve the experience quite a lot if the monstergirls said anything when recruited, and when initiating scenes with them. Also, it'd be nice if we could rotate the camera in the character creation screen.
The gameplay is alright, but some parts of the resource collection are unnecessarily grindy (e.g. I'd maybe double the wood yield from a tree, since felling trees gets very boring very quickly), and the stamina mechanic is very limiting; I hate not being able to run constantly. The way the equipment works (each piece is togglable whether it shows on your character) is very good, but the inventory is somewhat clunky. Stuff I noticed about it:
1. When switching between slots, there's a cooldown. I don't like this in general, but the part you should probably fix is that if you switch slots with the mouse wheel, that animation should be interruptable. Otherwise, right now if you want to go from slot 1 to slot 6 using the mousewheel, you must wait for five entire cooldowns instead of just one, making it strictly worse than keyboard keys.
2. When getting new items, they don't always automatically stack with existing stacks.
3. A "sort inventory" key would be helpful too, and maybe bigger chests so that you don't have to painstakingly sort your haul into several chests.
Some sort of map or even just a compass would also be nice; I got lost a few times despite the small size of the map (that's mostly on me though, I'm bad at navigation).
